Beautiful resort like hotel with great staff and service. It wasn't very busy during our stay, which made it seemed a bit weird but at the same time we appreciated the sereneness and peacefulness of the place. Welcome fruits and housekeeping was top notch.

It was peaceful and nice. It was the best choice for family tourists. The garden behind the hotel was also excellent. I recommend it.

Pleasant accommodation and nice staff. The hotel is particularly suitable as a transit hotel as it is near the airport.

Front desk lady was not nice
The front desk lady was not nice. When I asked if the hotel can help to call a taxi tomorrow morning to the airport, she simply stated no such service. During the check-in, never saw her smile feeling you are not welcomed to this hotel. The next morning, the gentleman at the front desk helped me to call a taxi easily.

Air conditioner was not good

This is the trade-off when it’s cheap. I stayed again in this hotel within 6 months. This time it’s for 2 weeks, everything has happened - forgot my breakfast order the first morning - asked me to change room at 11 PM because their hot water pipe has broken - new room is smaller and cranky and it smells - AC stopped working after a week so the room is like 26°C after a shower, I had the WORSE sleep. And their explanation is that they keep the central AC at 24° after the temp drops below a certain degree but comm it’s a tropical city how cold can it be?
