A great place to relax and unwind
The facilities were excellent with everything that you need. There is a real mix of guests from young families to couples enjoying a more sedate pace of life. Plenty of room around the pool and no problems getting a lounger. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to chill and relax. We will definitely be back.

- • Check in could have been more flexible especially after calling 3 times to see if the room was ready
Tired & outdated but excellent staff.
Pleasant enough but the whole resort needs a bit of a spruce up! We booked apartment accommodation as we occasionally like to eat in & make a simple meal as well as preferring a cup,of tea with toast for Brekky. No toaster was provided in the room but on request was provided, BUT we had to sign a waiver to agree to pay $1500 if we set off the fire alarms by burning toast. A bloody cheek, considering there was NO extractor fans over the tiny kitchen cooking rings - or indeed, anywhere in the living area of the apartment. Meaning that cooking a steak or frying anything, was out of the question! Bloody disgusting situation in my opinion. The place was clean in the apartment, but the corridors were grubby looking. The availability of coffee was only until 10.30 am. Not available thereafter. The dining was basic & limited. Reception staff were often overworked or just unavailable. All up, this resort is s tired venue that needs some updating. The staff were all very good however - very helpful & pleasant, especially a young man called Whignet(?) who was very good to us. The resort grounds were lovely too, so all kudos to the gardeners, room service, bar, reception & restaurant staff - you all made our stay a little better.

Enjoyed it and enjoyed the meals and music
Enjoyed the breakfast but would have like a coffee machine with lattes etc and not having to pay for them
