Best hotel for family with young kids
How spacious everything is, excellent customer service, great amenities, outstanding kids play area plus kids pool, great choices of on site restaurants. Can’t fault it, probably the best hotel in Xiamen for families with young children, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay :)

Good place to stay with kids. But don’t book via Booking.com.

- • Hotel’s listing on Booking.com says breakfast included rate is for up to 2 persons. We are 2 adults with a 3 years old, it is free breakfast for kids so we thought that’s it. But during checking-in was told by hotel it’s just breakfast for 1 person only. So the 2nd adult needs to buy breakfast separately … I thought I made a mistake and too tiered carrying the kid so just checked in didn’t bother to check. Then I checked booking history and Booking.com listing, it says breakfast included rate is for up to 2 persons. I asked hotel reception at 7am, they said to check with their operation’s team(not sure if this is the right name, they said 运营 team), they starts working from 8am and they would call us to update. So we waited until 8:10, no call so we went to reception to ask again. Reception then chased. I finally got a call at 8:32am, the woman basically just kept saying the same thing that they don’t care, it’s my problem, I need to ask booking.com. I hung up didn’t want to waste my time. The lady at the reception in the end added a breakfast to our room which was very nice, we finally started eating around 9am. I then sent a message to Booking.com, got an autoreply that they would get to back in 24 hrs, it’s been 36 hours now, I heard nothing from Booking.com.
There were mosquitoes in the room. Place is overcrowded during breakfast. Very uncomfortable. Definitely not a 4* hotel.

Absolutely recommend this hotel! Our experience was fantastic, thanks to the welcoming staff, top-notch service, modern facilities, and the insightful tours provided by the concierge. The buffet breakfast offered a delightful array for the kids, and they had a blast in the 25-meter heated indoor pool with a vigilant lifeguard, as well as the expansive indoor playground. What sets this hotel apart is its hidden gem – a beautifully designed and well-maintained park. Don't miss the chance to reserve a tour with the Concierge (we had Mr. Nie, he is fantastic!)to explore a variety of tropical plants, including imported and domestic cactus species. The quiet trails lead up to a mountaintop vantage point offering breathtaking views of the sea. Our tour left us in awe of the scenery and the extensive collection of trees and plants. We're already looking forward to returning soon!

The best hotel in Xiamen
It is superior hotel at the seaside. The people working there are great. Rooms are big, clean and kitchen is super. A wide variety of different styles and tastes where all is fresh. Greetings to all at reception who helped us to find and deliver our luggage lost during our flight to Xiamen !! I fully recommend this hotel both for holiday and for business stay.
