Stunning set-up and ambiance. Excellently run with attention to detail, and each guest is individually prioritized. Feels raw and immersed in African nature, with many non-imposing luxuries. We were so impressed we extended our stay an extra night. 5Star accommodation meets private safari.

A great lodge in the middle of nature! Excellent facilities.
Very atmospheric location. The road to get there is already an adventure. Very friendly reception. Two great game drives, with a knowledgeable and fun ranger. The wildlife is in close proximity. Of course elephants, zebras, etc. But also could see and hear a lion from very close by. The meals are excellent, breakfast is fine, lunch varied and tasty, dinner by candlelight on the terrace.

Great location at a waterhole but few sightings on game drives
Gorah Elephant Camp has a great location at a waterhole where we saw elephants, zebras, warthogs and rhinos (at night).

- • The game drives were disappointing with few sightings. The sun loungers at the pool were not clean and there were many insects in the pool.

Gorah doesn’t feel like a stay, it feels like being remembered by the wild.
The staff didn’t just host, they held space for magic. I came for wildlife… I left feeling wildly alive.

Absolutely recommendable! Very courteous and helpful staff! Our guide Hanri was absolutely top-notch, he competently gave us a great insight into the animal and nature world!
