Correct journey with a nice staff
Good communication with the hotel. The requests were honored. The staff on site was perfect. The location is good, not directly on the falls but correct walking distance (~15-20min) Beds were very comfortable!

- • The corridor was VERY noisy. You can hear absolutely everything, and loudly! The cleaning was not perfect but correct. Moreover, They charged me much more than the price of my reservation. I had to contact the support to have a refund. But the answer was fast.

Worst Days Inn experience: Dirty rooms and creaky beds

- • Extremely disappointed. The room was dirty, the bathroom was poorly maintained (rusty handles and hair in the shower), and the door wouldn't even close. The beds were old and very noisy, making it difficult to get a good night's rest. It’s a long walk from the lobby, and the front desk staff weren't particularly welcoming. We’ve stayed at the Comfort Inn across the street before and found it to be a far superior choice. Avoid this location if you are traveling with family.

- • I am still waiting for the statement of the room's expenses. The staff said that she is going to email me the room expenses. I have not received any information.

- • My phone and fridge didn’t work. I was offered another room but I didn’t really need either so didn’t mind staying where I was
