Had the best six days there just recently and did not wanna leave. The property is so peaceful and chill… full of great views and conveniently reef to snorkel in front of. The staff was so incentive and helpful. Jorge he was mad managing the property

Good location and friendly staff, but the hotel needs work…AC units are loud and there is a sewage odor that emanated from the sinks and bathroom.

Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Property was away enough from the port area and beautiful. Had a Great time in Cozumel.

Too far from town so cost $40.00 to go into and return from town. Have weddings that play louder than loud music at night. We had to try to sleep through two nights of this. No steps to get in or out of the pool.

It is so beautiful and the snorkeling and beach area are unparalleled! We were not told though that the cold water had been turned off and when our daughter was in the shower it started warm then got really hot and scalded her as she was trying to rinse out her hair. When we told the front desk they were barely apologetic. We were also not told that we had to put the card in a slot in order for (some) of the lights to work. The next day the hot water was turned off and the cold was on and we had to use cold water to shower- again the staff seemed to not care at all when we told them at the front desk.
