Excellent location with large rooms that can accommodate families! Loved the 3 bedroom apartment that had a separate helper’s room. Breakfast was great with a semi buffet approach, staff were helpful especially the concierge team who were very helpful with coordinating deliveries for us. The rooms were comfortable with great beds and pillows. The only downside was the age of the rooms and the lack of usb charging ports, definitely something for management to consider installing.

My family and I of four, which includes a three and 5-year old, loved our 5 days at the Ritz Carlton Pacific Place. What sets itself apart are its service, location, and amenities. The hotel has world-class service from the staff, including breakfast, front desk, concierge, spa, and pool. I’d like to thank Roch Fari from the spa and pool, who was extremely helpful and attentive. This location cannot be beaten; few hotels in Jakarta can provide everything you need within Pacific Place Mall. It’s within steps of the Jakarta MRT to get around the city and Hutan Kota. I will return in the future because my family loves the pool, and I especially love the amenities, such as the whirlpool, cold plunge, and steam room.
