- • the litter that the local schoolchildren left on the beach and there were dirty plates left outside our room throughout our stay. They were left by previous guests

- • Beach publicly accessible, 3 restaurants where only one was cooking, two were open and the food was far from enjoyable. It advertises 2 pools and only one was cleaned. Beautiful beach promenade is contaminated with plastic and waste, very sad and unfortunate.
A hotel where you can relax wonderfully
The location on the headland is excellent. The sea on this side of the bay is clean, as the current pushes everything towards the neighboring hotel. The garden is huge with many ancient trees, the large pool clean with sea views on both sides. The staff is very warm and helpful, especially Didin (cashier) did everything to make us feel very comfortable. Restaurants, shops, spas, and vehicle rentals are all within short walking distance. From the beach restaurant, you can experience the most beautiful sunsets. We will definitely come back.

- • After the first meal after a long journey, my wife had to vomit all night. The bathroom smelled strongly of drain, and the air conditioning could not be turned on either because it stank strongly. We left prematurely after one night.
Tennis court
The whole place, the tennis court, and atmosphere are perfect and very comfortable for kids to play as well. A little cafe near the court is fabulous.

Wonderful Hotel & Perfect location
Amazing location, in the heart of Senggigi & pier as we caught a ferry from there at check out. The hotel surroundings are beautiful, breakfast is plentiful & delicious! The staff are Lovely & go out of their way to make your stay Perfect! Highly recommend this hotel.

- • Our room was a beachfront cabin & there were little cracks in the door which let in creepy crawlers. Just minor really as the room was perfect & spacious.
