Relaxing stay
Amazing views. The hotel is so nice with palm trees, gardens, beachfront. Staff was very nice. Location is highly convenient. Two prayer rooms in the property. You can do snorkeling at the beach of the hotel!!!

- • Service in the restaurant was too slow. We had some issues with hot water that was not fixed even if I asked the reception 3 different days. Lizards...

- • Clearly there was a plumbing issue with some of the lodgings. When advised of my initial issue I was told it would be addressed. Two days later I came back from my afternoon outing, only to find sewage all over the bathroom floor. I then had to pack up and switch to a different room which was of a lesser grade. To compensate me for my experience they offered me a dinner voucher that was price capped and did not include drinks other than juice. I felt that this was insufficient and had to negotiate hard for better compensation. After this incident I was glared at by several staff members and not made to feel welcome.
