My experience at this hotel was quite disappointing, especially considering the price paid and the category of luxury hotel it positions itself as.
My experience at this hotel was quite disappointing, especially considering the price paid and the category of luxury hotel it positions itself as. I believe the hotel is not worth the price it charges. The facilities are very old, and for a hotel that aims to offer a luxury experience, I find it unacceptable to find a room without available water, without a Smart TV, and without a coffee maker. Another very negative point was the transportation to the city center. The service operated on an extremely restricted schedule, so in practice, it did not meet the guests' needs and was not very useful. I expected much more for the price and for the category that the hotel tries to convey. In my opinion, there are many options that offer a much better experience for the same price or even less. I would not recommend this hotel, and I definitely do not consider the value for money to be adequate.

- • The food is very bad, breakfast is basic, and lunch and dinner were disappointments. The gym is also very poor for the hotel.
