Great family holiday
The reason we stayed at Peppers was for the lagoon pool as we were travelling with a 2 & 4 year old and it did not disappoint. Would have been better if we were slightly closer to other shops restaurants etc as my husband is currently on a walking stick so we had to use the shuttle. Our 3 bedroom unit was great however would not stay in that particular one again as every time we opened the door we were attacked by mosquitos! Something overlooking the pool would have been better. All staff were helpful & polite & we enjoyed the cocktails!

- • Very over priced for what it is. Paying premium for a pretty average hotel with average service. Hot water system went out for 3 days and toilet was unusable for a whole night and I am pregnant. Had to keep asking and following up for resolutions rather than being offered it. They did eventually agree to the 3 days which I appreciate. Restaurant doesn’t serve food around 4pm which is ridiculous for a 5 start resort. Had to keep asking the cleaners the vacuum the room due to the sand. Breakfast was subpar. Plenty of other places to stay at half the price for the same thing unfortunately
Overall it was a pleasant experience. For the investment, one would expect better Maintenace of tea and coffee in room a

- • Not informed prior to arrival that they would not supply me a crib because it is a “fire escape hazard in the room”. Never heard this before. It made for an uncomfortable stay with my 3 month old baby. Was told the manager would phone me on day 2 to discuss options but they never reached out to me. Can only order food by the pool from midday - very late considering pool opens at 7am and most people have kids / are using the pool from the morning

- • Room did not have pool view as shown when booking - we were given a penthouse suite with plenty of space but no pool view and no comment by reception staff
