Great food, good value
Wonderful room with excellent river views. Fantastic service and food in the Starlight Lounge. Salted coffee in the Kings Panorama Bar was delicious. Concierge Van Duc was the best. Great recommendations for venues and sites to visit. He treated all guests like royalty.

5-Star Review – TTC Imperial Hotel Hue Our stay at TTC Imperial Hotel Hue was absolutely fantastic from beginning to end! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Everything was exceptional — the beautiful architecture, wonderful atmosphere, delicious breakfast, and above all, the incredibly friendly and professional staff. The hotel has a truly special charm and made our stay in Hue unforgettable. A very special mention goes to VAN DUC, the porter, who left an especially big and positive impression on us. When we arrived at the hotel, one of the wheels on our suitcase had broken off. Without us even mentioning the problem or asking for help, VAN DUC noticed it and repaired the suitcase for us. That level of attentiveness, kindness and genuine care is something you rarely experience. He went far beyond what we expected, and his thoughtfulness truly made a difference. We can wholeheartedly recommend TTC Imperial Hotel Hue to anyone visiting Hue. Fantastic hotel, amazing staff, beautiful surroundings and exceptional service. Great stay thanks to Van Duc — hotel itself needs work
Hotel itself was just okay — needs more maintenance. The gym was in poor condition and basically unusable, the pool was a bit cold and not very enjoyable, and the bathroom design wasn't great. Overall the upkeep didn't feel 5-star. BUT — Van Duc, who helps with taxis/tours downstairs, made our whole stay. He was incredibly helpful and honestly a rare gem. Ask for him!

- • Staff were not at all helpful. When asked for advice just pointed in general direction. Bar and breakfast staff only did basics in serving, often a wait and limited interaction
