- • I thought I had canceled, but I couldn't tell if it was a malfunction and it wasn't done. It was my fault that I couldn't cancel, but it was very disappointing that you didn't contact me when there was no check-in at the scheduled time on the day. Although it is natural to have a cancellation fee, I paid about 300,000 yen, which is 100%, so it became a bitter memory.
I only stayed overnight so I don’t really have an overall opinion

Nice views. Excellent service
Nice views, wide bathroom. Breakfast. Excellent lobby. Excellent attention and service. They took care of sending our luggage to Kyoto and handled all the paperwork.

- • It felt far from iconic places. Overpriced, but still a great hotel
