- • Lack of maintenance in the room by the staff. Lack of towels. Very basic breakfast, not very appealing
Un séjour très agréable dans cet hôtel
Bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. Air conditioning was very efficient. Breakfast was good, especially the banana muffins. The hotel was also quiet. Staff were helpful.

- • I was not asked how my stay was by the night staff person. The tub did not drain. Overnight the water was still in it. The lamp next to the bed did not work. The fridge froze my food - up to me to monitor better. When I reported these things to the staff, the response was sorry but no notes were taken to improve things for the next occupant.
