Gorgeous architecture and interior, kind service from young staff. I usually stay at a different hotel alone, but this time I stayed with an acquaintance and this hotel was the right choice.

It was amazing!!
The hotel itself is spacious, beautiful, luxurious, with hot springs and a spa lounge, very comfortable. I went during the Autumn Fest, and since it was close to Odori Park, I had a great time. It's also within walking distance to Sapporo Station, so the access was good. I was personally happy to find a ReFa hairdryer in the hot spring area.

Manners for inbound tourists
Stayed in the newly built south wing. It doesn't have a European taste like the main building, but it was very clean.

- • When going to the large communal bath in the south wing, you have to pass through the front desk area, so it's not allowed to go in the provided pajamas. Chinese guests were casually walking through the front desk area in pajamas and slippers... These people have the worst bathing manners. It's frustrating. The rooms above and next door are very noisy and wake you up. There was a Chinese tour desk, so they must have been staying in groups...
