- • Incompetent staff, extremely dumb, can't speak good German and understand nothing, they have all my data like the required billing address and credit card information via email and then take the payment on-site from my staff, absolutely NOT RECOMMENDED this hotel!!! A hotel manager was not available and unreachable, phone contact was refused or hung up, ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL and IDIOTIC STAFF in this hotel!!!

- • I have stayed several times in this hotel for 1 night, always received a room of lower standard - once it was cold, once very noisy and last time the air conditioning was not working and only blowing hot air. The staff, when reporting this defect, lied that it's like that in the whole hotel. I won't return to this place where they don't care about the customer.
