- • Everything was unpleasant, seeing all parts of the room dirty, it smelled musty, the beds had a lot of hair of all kinds, the mattresses were sunken. I canceled my reservation the moment we arrived, as tourists I find it in very bad taste to have fake or very outdated photos, in addition to terribly poor quality when they promise something else. Also, they didn't even make a mea culpa and charged me almost 100 dollars for canceling the reservation on the day of arrival, without even considering that the reason I left was due to the terrible condition of the facilities. I never complain about places for their simplicity, as long as they are clean, but this was bordering on the insanity of how dirty it was. Facilities without any repairs and in poor condition. A nightmare for those who visit such a beautiful country like Argentina. I would like to be compensated, but it would be enough not to charge the cancellation. It is a mockery for the traveler and tourist.
