A pendant disappeared from the room and the hotel's procedure was quite precarious and unprofessional.

- • One of the reasons I booked the stay was for the spa. The day before check-in, they send a message to inform that access is by appointment, which is not specified in the publication. Of course, upon arriving at the hotel from 3 pm, which is the check-in time, there were no appointments available for that day at the spa. We stayed for two nights and could only go for 50 minutes on one day. Another point to consider is the air conditioning. We had to ask for blankets because it was cold in the rooms.

Excellent stay. The hotel was very clean, the staff was very friendly, and the service was impeccable. We will definitely come back. Good experience. The room was great, good service, and an excellent location. We recommend it with my partner. Regards.
