Great location with a direct view of Mont Blanc and the Alpine range from West to far East. Very well-kept resort, great tennis courts and hiking opportunities, also for non-golfers. Room 501 was super spacious and quiet.

- • That we could not have a glass of Prosecco or a glass of Champagne in the gastronomic restaurant, only a whole bottle!

- The beauty of the place - The luxury of the deluxe rooms - Attention to the smallest details - The hotel staff is more than wonderful and fast - Breakfast is more than wonderful - The health club and spa are truly outstanding - The views are breathtaking - The windows are very large, giving a wonderful touch - The beauty of the views of the nearby mountains and surrounding nature - A classy hotel that truly deserves five stars - Highly recommend and will return - The housekeeping service is wonderful and fast - The TV with modern technology is actually a mirror - The furniture is well taken care of, clean, and with a wonderful color scheme. Booked one night at the hotel, then added another night and chose the top corner deluxe room. They contacted me and graciously upgraded me to the top corner room for the full two days. I thank Ms. Sonia and all the staff at the hotel. I recommend the hotel and will return to it again.

- • Not a flaw but the hotel is a resort far from Geneva and there is no nearby place to go to, it is a relaxation resort.

- • The beds. The mattresses are too hard and we had back pain all night and for two days after, too bad for such a beautiful place.

- • If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be the gastronomic restaurant: the value for money and the variety of the menu
Wonderful
Everything is exceptional in this hotel. The setting, the restaurants, the rooms are perfect, spacious, and very quiet. The staff is top-notch. By far, one of the best 5-star hotels in the entire region.
