The staff was friendly and very helpful, especially Elly and Jose. It was a very peaceful and tranquil stay in the heart of the city. The bed was really comfortable and the rooms were very clean and beautiful. It is more like a 5-star hotel without the 5-star price. The water pressure was strong with nice hot showers if you want. Huge old wooden doors that cover the windows, could be shut to block out street light and noise. The continental breakfast was nice with fresh seasonal fruit.

Being in the House is in itself a unique experience. It is a very beautiful, ancient building with a great history. Walking through its corridors, climbing its stairs, looking at every detail is a privilege. I could say it is a work of art.

- • In the morning we had some issues with the bathroom pipes. They told us it can happen.

- • The room lights. The off button did not allow to turn on any light, not even a mobile charger. The shower head was completely erratic. The water shot out in all directions, impossible to shower calmly.
