- • The park was wonderful, but there are facilities supposedly suitable from 120cm and my son is 115cm, which simply ruined our day. The slides in the middle with the snake floor (not extreme) really suited him, not scary at all, completely suitable for his height, he just saw his sister going up and he didn't because he was missing 5cm... and the staff just didn't move an inch even though I, as a accompanying parent, explained that he's not going up alone! In other parks, they grade the height according to the facility, and here they just gave a general instruction of 120cm and that's it. A second to think and make adjustments will save a lot of agony for children who waited so long for the water park.

Perfect family vacation! We stayed at the U Splash Resort Eilat and enjoyed every moment - friendly and courteous service team, varied and tasty food, amazing atmosphere, and lots of activities for children. The evening shows and entertainment were top-notch and added a lot to the experience. The hotel is clean, tidy, and very suitable for families. We will definitely come back! 😊

The staff was very nice and friendly. When we expressed dissatisfaction, they helped us move to another hotel in the chain
