- • In the room with a private pool, the staff entered several times freely without warning by passing through the pool
It was excellent, the staff was friendly at the bar and in the pool. Albina was lovely! We enjoyed very much :))

- • The park is wonderful, but there are facilities supposedly suitable from 120 cm and my son is 115 cm, and it simply ruined our day. The slides in the middle at the snake floor (not extreme) really suited him, not scary at all, completely suitable for his size, he just saw his sister going up and he didn't because he lacked 5 cm... and the staff just didn't move an inch even though I, as a accompanying parent, said that he's not going up alone! In other parks, they measure the height according to the facility, and here they just gave a general instruction of 120 cm and that's it. A second to think and make adjustments will save a lot of distress for children who waited so long for the water park

We enjoyed the food, the service surprised us, the kids loved the ice creams and the water park, especially the service from Nur and Hussain at the reception
