The place itself is lovely and the location is excellent. With a bit more attention and improvement in the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms, the hospitality experience could be the best.
Besides the things that did not suit us, it is important for me to mention the advantages of U Coral Beach Club Hotel: direct and convenient access to the sea, excellent programs and shows, and also the possibility to receive snorkeling equipment - masks and snorkels. These are definitely things we enjoyed and appreciated during our stay. Additionally, I would like to especially mention Kiril, the receptionist, who was courteous, helpful, and welcoming every time we approached him. Unfortunately, the experience with another receptionist was completely different. He gave us entry tickets to U Splash Water Park but did not bother to inform us about the park's operating hours and also did not mention that we needed to bring towels from the hotel. As a result, we had to drive there for free with two young children and return without being able to enjoy the park. This was a significant inconvenience for a family with young children, which could have been easily avoided if we had received the basic and necessary information in advance.

- • I will start by saying that we were transferred to U Coral Beach Club Hotel instead of our favorite hotel, U Splash Resort. From the very beginning, there were several things that did not meet our expectations: we received a room with only one bedroom instead of two as we are used to, there was no coffee or tea in the room, and we were not greeted with the usual treats at check-in. But the most serious issue was that there were high steps in the middle of the room, which is not suitable and safe for a family with young children. Our young child fell there right at the beginning. Additionally, I want to mention that the cleanliness level in the hotel was not satisfactory. On the day we entered the room, there was dust on the balcony floor, and although the room was cleaned during our stay, for five days the dust remained in the same place and was not cleaned until the end of the vacation. The toddler pool was also dirty, with cups, trash, and dirt in the water. In my opinion, when it comes to a pool intended for babies and young children, special attention should be paid to high cleanliness and hygiene standards, and therefore this situation was disappointing and unacceptable.

- • The park was wonderful, but there are facilities that supposedly match (!!) from 120 cm and my son is 115 cm, and it simply ruined our day. The slides in the middle at the snake floor... (not extreme) really suited him, not scary at all, completely suitable for his size, he just missed 5 cm... and the staff simply did not move a millimeter even though I, as a accompanying parent, said he is not going alone! In other parks, they measure the height according to the facility, and here they just gave a general instruction of 120 cm and that's it. A second thought and making adjustments will save a lot of distress for children who waited so long for the water park.
