The condo was very spacious with a private rooftop area, unfortunately, it was too hot to use it much (we visited in July). Constant drinking water supply was great.

- • The pool was very hot and did not help to cool down. We were early to check-in (around noon) and the check-in assistant said they would contact us when our room is ready (as if they would make an attempt to get it ready sooner). When we arrived again 10 minutes early for check-in (at 3 pm), our room was still not ready. It felt as if they did not really make an effort to accommodate us with early check-in. The closest proper beach is about a 10-minute walk from the hotel.

- • Lack of utensils in the kitchen and pots. The pool is aging (the mosaic tiles are coming off, my children cut themselves twice). Sunbeds were not clean. Some places with mold in the apartment.

- • There is no reception at the hotel, and you have to walk to another hotel 4 blocks away to get reception service. There is no elevator, and carrying luggage up the stairs is very uncomfortable. Our room had a jacuzzi above the rooms that made a loud noise all night and prevented sleep. When we requested it to be turned off, they refused despite the discomfort of not being able to sleep. It is far from the beaches where you can access.
Comfortable - spectacular
The pool was spectacular, the water was warm. The common areas were super clean, and the rooms were very clean, and a plus was the terrace we had, with the jacuzzi. It was great!

Great location, friendly staff, a relaxing pool, and comfortable accommodations
Our apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay. While the room showed some signs of wear and tear, it was clean and well maintained. The location was excellent—we were within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. Although you could hear some noise from the nearby restaurants, it wasn't bothersome. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and we spent a lot of time enjoying the pool. We also appreciated the water dispensers, which made it easy to refill our bottles and stay hydrated. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

- • The front desk is located at another hotel, about a one-minute walk away. We had to pick up our pool towels there.
The hotel was great. The rooms are big, spacious, and extremely clean. My kids loved it. Also, there's a good energy.

Cozy accommodation, it belongs to a group of hotels that collaborate. It is very well secured. There is 24/7 security at the gate, so you cannot easily enter the complex. The complex itself is very pleasant to stay in. The rooms were very comfortable, everything was provided. The pool was cozy, with enough sunbeds. This accommodation collaborates with a very extensive gym where you can go for free. The location was ideal, within walking distance of the lively center.

Condo hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was great, with the receptionist even getting the golf cart out to lead us to the garage to park our car. Our apartment was spotlessly clean, thanks to Melissa, who did a great job of making our apartment feel like a home from home. The pool was great. The aircon worked perfectly, and all in all, everything just met or exceeded our expectations. Great facilities in the kitchen too: good coffee machine, large refrigerator, etc. I think the shower is the biggest I've ever seen! Unlike a lot of the modern buildings, it had a great authentic Mexican feel to it which we very much appreciated. The location was absolutely perfect. It was a very reasonable price too, so very good value for money. A very happy customer would definitely return. I very rarely write reviews, so the fact I've bothered speaks volumes.
