Excellent hotel
Had a wonderful time at sofitel warsaw. Excellent service and extremely helpful, friendly staff. Everyone was willing to help and assist us. Breakfast was of very high standard. Bathroon in the Suites on 6th floor has been recently updated

Not worth five star
This hotel did not feel like a five-star hotel nor the Sofitel brand. Receptionist staff were unwelcoming, the bed was extremely uncomfortable (felt like a sleeping sofa) and the rooms were very outdated. The shower is both slippery and with low water pressure. The pictures that the hotel showcase does not reflect how the rooms actually look. In addition, the hotel lacks its soul and personality - no one saying hello with a smile at the different parts of the value chain. I would not recommend this hotel and think you can find better. There was no acknowledgment of me being a loyalty member either.
