- • The facilities are very basic, the bare minimum, could have better furniture, better ambiance and be more welcoming.

Excellent location, in front of craft stores with good prices and restaurants. The room was very clean. Very comfortable beds for rest.

- • Our room (the family room) did not have an extractor in the bathroom and was a bit dark. The replacement of things for breakfast was a bit slow, so we had to wait. Also, one day there were not enough tables for all guests.
Estancia muy agradable
Nicely located, close to Kennedy Park in Miraflores. Rooms were nicely laid out and presented, though we would have liked tea and coffee making facilities. The large, king-sized bed was very comfortable. There are some excellent restaurants nearby and if you're souvenir hunting they're right on hand. The buffet breakfast was excellent but the best bit was the staff were friendly, helpful and spoke excellent English (thank you Danilza, Nicole and Edu). Happy to recommend this hotel.

The friendly treatment of the staff, the daily room cleaning, the super comfortable room had everything necessary and the hotel is well located, very close to the center of Miraflores.

- • I didn't like that they served scrambled eggs every day, bread always cold, and the fruit juices had a lot of water, in my opinion, they were more like a soft drink than juice.
Spacious room, comfortable bed, great shower, top breakfast. Helpful and attentive staff. Air conditioning as well!

- • Llamé tres veces para preguntar sobre el check-in temprano y me dijeron que sería el 50% de la tarifa, pero cuando llegué no era el 50% de descuento de la tarifa de reserva y aunque admitían mascotas, iba a ser un adicional de $35 o $40 por tener a mi perro conmigo por noche. Así que al final la tarifa que iba a recibir casi se triplicó en precio. No terminé quedándome aquí, un cargo único por mascota tiene sentido pero pagar eso cada noche no. Es más barato y más fácil simplemente quedarse en un Airbnb en ese momento. El personal del hotel fue genial, pero la información que me dieron por teléfono y en WhatsApp no fue la misma que recibí en persona y me preocupaba esto, así que confirmé 3 veces que esto no sería un problema
