Very satisfied with the comfort of the room and the pools, sauna, and whirlpools.
Opens early. Great selection of juices, fruits, cereals, waffles, dairy products, cold cuts, etc. Coffee pot on the table. Chef on-site to cook eggs if desired. Quiet atmosphere, comfortable chairs.

We love staying at the Hilton Lac Leamy
Room and lake view, the deluxe rooms are very comfortable. We ordered room service for dinner. Very good service.

- • Check-in at 4:00 p.m. It's too late, it should be 3:00 p.m. And on top of that, the computer wasn't working, we got the room around 5:30 p.m.

- • The staff was rude, especially the front desk. Called from my room because the toilet was blocked, nobody answered the phone. Their computer system was down so I couldn't charge anything to my room, went to buy water, couldn't charge it to my room, breakfast and dinner, couldn't charge to my room. They were rude and unprofessional. Food at the restaurant was horrible
