Amazing staff and good location
Staff were amazing. So attentive. Really five star service. Location is great for sightseeing. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was quite extensive.

I wish to thank you Lily from the reception and to the very funny, but always professional, Rosemary (by the elevator. Gym very big and full of light. Breakfast was super! Position is perfect for living the city center!

Excellent hotel in an excellent location
Elevator staff were exceptional as were other staff members we interacted with. Breakfast was a great selection and good quality, rooms were clean and comfortable, bed was excellent- great charging points in room. Spa was nice but very expensive considering other options. Door staff great, excellent location.

- • Bathroom design is a bit odd, but it's not a massive issue. I also didn't like that there was not full separation between bedroom and the glass doors for the toilet and bathroom- but that's just design.
