Wonderful and felt welcomed
Felt most welcome as first timers to resort and Port Douglas! Rhythm assistant manager was so friendly and really looked after us with all our needs! Loved the service and breakfast too!

- • A used syringe found in the garden of our apartment. The manager said he would like to speak with us but every opportunity I attempted to talk with him was unsuccessful. I even asked if he could call me. Still waiting for that call.
Excellent
The pool was great, the room was great especially the spa bath, and breakfast was great. We had one meal at the Aluco restaurant and it was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful and organised throughout our stay.

- • Not alot really. It might have been a bit further out of town than we thought it looked on the map, but the shuttle bus service was excellent, so that we didn't really notice it.
