- • Le personnel manque gravement de professionnalisme. Ils étaient a la limite de l’insolence quand ils ont oublié notre réservation au restaurant gastronomique « everybody lnows that a fine dining restaurant closes before 8pm ». Ils n’ont pas reagi quand tous les jours nous leur indiquions que la télévision de notre chambre ne fonctionnait pas.

- • Einflugschneise Flughafen D‘dorf. Das Frühstück entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen. 15 min Wartezeit für zwei aufgebackene Brötchen. Das Personal wirkte überfordert. Pfefferstreuer war leer, kein Salzstreuer auf dem Tisch. Bestelltes Müsli wurde nicht gebracht. Schade, aber bei diesem Service sind die Sterne nicht gerechtfertigt !
