- • Very cold reception at check-in. No warm welcome. No regular TV channels. The room is outdated. No tea selection in the room, no milk for the coffee. No help with luggage at a 5-star hotel.
A pearl of a hotel!
Everything was fantastic! Incredibly friendly and attentive staff! The breakfast was particularly pleasant! I have rarely had such a nice breakfast in a hotel. And I regularly visit very good hotels. You have breakfast in a beautiful space, can sit down, and don't have to serve yourself at a buffet. You are served at your table by the staff. It's wonderfully quiet and relaxing to have breakfast that way! Everything was carefully prepared and delicious! I wish more hotels would provide breakfast in that way!

Beautiful well-maintained building, magnificent property with a moat, good bistro. Quiet, peaceful, good AC in the middle of summer heat.

The atmospheric atmosphere of celebrating our friend's wedding in the castle and staying there particularly pleased us. Such a beautiful property, every detail beautifully and lovingly designed. Absolutely friendly and attentive staff. We felt at home. Fantastic.

- • The park maintenance staff, who, in view of the extreme dryness and advanced climatic disaster, spend hours chasing three leaves with a petrol leaf blower across the dried-up lawn.
