Very comfortable hotel with first-class service. The interior park is wonderful.

- • A very disappointing experience for a 5-star hotel. The soundproofing of the rooms is terrible: an outdoor party prevented us from sleeping until 3 in the morning. We appreciate the 20% compensation gesture, but our goal was to rest from the trip and it was not fulfilled. Breakfast also left much to be desired due to its scarcity. Although the rest of the services worked well, the lack of rest makes me not recommend it at all.
Staff were very helpful and they were able to loan us a wheelchair for my father who has dementia and found walking around Valencia in the heat a bit too challenging. The food there is great and the sangria they make fresh for you at the bar is lovely - try both the red and white sangria (my favourite)! The cocktails were all great and the bar staff were wonderful.
