Wonderful experience

Excellent location (right by A49), really nice atmosphere, the room was a Junior suite very well equipped and extremely comfortable and spacious, very clean. Extremely silent, really nice mattress, the staff was very very nice and attentive, really good breakfast (diversity and quality). We also tried the restaurant and it was really good. It also has parking, which is nice. Going back, for sure.

Good quality hotel with an excellent reception service

We booked the hotel but ended up staying in the aparthotel area. The room was spacious and very clean, which made our stay comfortable. Parking was free on the street, a convenient option for guests traveling by car. The location is in a small industrial zone, with a few places to eat nearby. However, it is quite far from Seville city center, so keep that in mind if you plan to explore the city. The staff at reception were extremely friendly and helpful. They quickly resolved a booking issue without any complications, which left us with a very positive impression. Overall, a pleasant stay with great service and good value for money, though the distance from Seville may be a drawback for some travelers.

Price is definitely okay, unfortunately, the breakfast is the cheapest junk. But clearly typical hotel food, but you will definitely get full 👌

Did not feel welcome as a non-Spanish tourist

I stayed in many hotels and seldom write negative reviews but this hotel was not good. Evening dinner as part of half board was disappointing in a cold almost empty silent restaurant with waitresses not speaking English, more interested in each other than in customers and mediocre food quality. It was my wife's birthday, tried 3 times if something could be organized, nothing. Infrastructure, such as the swimming pool and room, is really good, so please focus on your customers as the first priority.

Wonderful stay

It was an excellent and comfortable vacation. From the first day until the last, everyone was impeccable and always willing to help. The breakfast, dinner, the pool, the facilities, and the wonderful view, and considering that you have everything near the hotel 🏨, which helped with everything. I recommend it, if I could, I would live there 😂😂😂😂 I will definitely be back very soon 😃

We only stayed one night but the experience was excellent. It is a large hotel, with facilities typical of a convention center. It is clear that it was built from the beginning as a hotel: spacious, functional, and comfortable. The room was modern, with a kettle, I think a mini refrigerator, good air conditioning, and elevators in perfect condition. Check-in was quick and friendly. Additionally, there is parking available, which makes arrival much easier. Everything was in order and we felt comfortable at all times.
