- • The shower was kind of a mess, spraying everywhere I like hard beds but this was a bit much

- • It would take forever for the shower water to warm up. There is an ironing board but no iron. No hairdryer.
Cozy, clean, and comfortable hotel with lovely Mexican decoration.
The hotel is located in a nice and quiet area. Despite loud music next to the hotel, it was not heard in the room. The decoration throughout the hotel is very nice. Hot water, clean towels. There are several businesses (oxxo, seven, restaurants, cafes) nearby which makes it more convenient.

- • Breakfast could have been better, the chilaquiles were too seasoned (garlic, onion) and the hotcakes needed a couple more minutes to be just right. Good coffee and service. For my taste, the bed is a bit hard.

- • - Cockroach in the room - hair on the floor - intentionally did not have body wash, shampoo, conditioner in the room - next to a night club / bar that is loud late - room had a window that didn't lock and was open to the main hallway so anyone could get in if they wanted / knew - No Air conditioning even though it is a 4-star hotel
The best hotel with Mexican soul in Juarez
Everything, I chose it for the decoration and the price. The area is very good. No noise from the street was heard, and it was a safe area. Very friendly staff. The bed was clean and comfortable. I had a spectacular stay. This hotel feels like real Mexico.
