- • The approach to the customer during the booking process was scandalous. Since I was arriving very early, I asked in advance about the possibility of an early check-in option. I received an immediate response to my basic reservation, but the response to the early check-in question was delayed until I could no longer cancel the reservation. Then, during the correspondence, the room price kept increasing. As a result, the price for a few morning hours was 30% higher than for each of the following days and higher than the price on booking.com. I was 'scammed' into a higher price because of the hotel's sluggish response to my question, I could no longer change the basic reservation, and had no choice but to accept the inflated price. But when I arrived at the hotel at 5:30 in the morning, I had to argue with the receptionist who did not see my early reservation. Not very pleasant circumstances after a long flight. And in the evening, the waiter delivering dinner to the room insisted that we pay for it, even though I had paid a deposit in the morning. At first, I convinced him that I had already paid, but he returned a few minutes later with the same problem that I had to resolve immediately. As a result, the food was cold. This first day at the hotel led to a desire to leave a review of 1. Other factors influenced a slightly higher rating later on, but they were not able to compensate for a very bad first impression. Although it is a five-star hotel, the willingness to 'scam' the customer is comparable to a cunning rickshaw driver.

Wonderful staff, impeccably clean, and an incredible gym.
I chose this hotel because of the gym, and it did not disappoint. It is probably the best hotel gym I have ever used. The spa facilities are also wonderful.

- • There was a party, I believe outside the hotel, on Friday night. The music continued for two hours until midnight.

Amazing 6-night stay.
This is a top-rated hotel to stay in. All the staff are very attentive and take care of all your needs. It has an amazing spa that we used. Rooms are spacious and very clean. The food in all the restaurants was amazing, never had a bad meal. Overall, it is a wonderful hotel to stay at.
