Small hotel but inefficient regarding check-in/check-out
Check-in and check-out very complicated. It took 1:30 to check out. Employees were very grumpy.

- • NOT A 5 STAR HOTEL. They deceive with that, the hotel's door says something different. Booking is at fault for not verifying and the hotel for deceiving. When I arrived at the room, it was dirty. Attached photos.
