The staff were friendly. Vending machines in the foyer had not just food but basic essentials like toothpaste, laundry powder, which was cool.

- • The room was old and needed minor upgrades. The iron was old and the plate discolored, then it stopped working. This was replaced quickly.

Beds were comfy and big bathroom with a spacious shower and big shower head. Location was good, tram down the street, very convenient.

- • Curtains were dusty and dirty. Staff didn't acknowledge you until they finished their conversation, making you stand there waiting, not welcoming at all. Was nice having a gym but doesn't seem like it has seen a vacuum.
