I recommend the Shilla Jeju to anyone looking for a high quality resort experience with comprehensive amenities and outs
This is the nicest resort property I have ever stayed at. The service from every aspect--welcoming at front door, check in, concierge, housekeeping, every dining venue we tried (parkview, glamping), pool facilities --was exceptional--always kind, thoughtful, and helpful, never pushy, high pressure, impatient, or dismissive. The lounges, lobby, and exterior grounds were well laid out and very clean with beautiful views, artwork, fresh orchids, and plenty of room for strolling while also providing plenty of seating. Parking is perfectly located and complimentary. Room was beautiful and good size with beautiful views over pool and gardens with ocean in distance. All food services we tried were outstanding and plentiful. Business center services outstanding. Pools, sauna wonderful. Overall value of service and amenities is extremely high. I also appreciated the family-friendly atmosphere.

- • There is nothing I did not like about the property. It was perfect and exceeded expectations in every way for what I was looking for. The only thing I would have liked would be access to beaches nearby.

It is always a place where I feel better every time I visit. Although it rained and I couldn't enjoy many things this time, it's always an exciting visit. Especially the dining at Parkview is perfect, incomparable to other places.

- • I am really satisfied with the dining at Parkview, it's not crowded and nice, but since I stayed for 4 nights, it would be nice to have some menu changes. However, this is just a story of something I wish for because I am so satisfied with the accommodation, absolutely no complaints.
A comfortable accommodation to enjoy with children
I visited with my children~~~ Reserved an ondol room, so the kids and I slept on the bed and there was a separate yoga space for one person, so it was fine for my husband to sleep there hehe. I think the ondol room was cleaner and better for activities with the kids. It was my first visit and I was very satisfied. You can also use the swimming pool~~~~ I went without preparing in advance, but I could comfortably use the swimming pool by renting swimwear (charged). I understand why Shilla Hotel is recommended~~~ If I come to Jeju Island again, I would consider Shilla Hotel! There are spaces for kids to spend time (kids club, Jimbori) and in the morning there is an animal feeding program (free) so it was great!!! I also tried the breakfast and they even cooked egg dishes for us. Anyway, overall it was a very very good visit.
