A pleasant experience in a quite isolated environment, but too expensive for the services.
Very well decorated room in colonial style and very spacious. The breakfast buffet is very well stocked and everything is excellent. Coming alone, 2 breakfasts were included in the price. I was offered lunch instead of one of the breakfasts.

- • A bit far from the center of Seogwipo, 12 km away, in a very 'concrete' area of big hotels. That being said, the garden is pleasant. Really too expensive for the services.
Bad experience and definitely not a 5-star property

The only place among domestic hotels where you can feel both the European sensibility and Jeju Island together
The facilities may be old, but they are well maintained, and the interior design gives a comfortable feeling that you cannot experience in flashy newly built 5-star hotels. The well-kept garden, combined with the swimming pool, outdoor spa, and Finnish sauna, is a great unique feature that sets it apart from other hotels. It provides a comfortable rest throughout the stay. The appropriate friendliness of the staff in every aspect makes the experience pleasant.

- • Overall, the friendliness of the staff was good, but there were some uncomfortable parts in the way some young staff members inquired about checking the room in situations that were hard to understand. When I visited a long time ago, the beautiful mimosa tree seen from the garden was gone, and there were no flowers on the 3rd-floor terrace, only filled with herbs, which was a bit disappointing. Everywhere looked dull and chilly, not suitable for traveling in March, making it possible to feel spring early, but the spaces that were once filled with flowers have diminished, which is regrettable.
