I liked the location, close to the beach. But the sea is not deep, be prepared for that. Tasty food where everything is needed

- • On the day of arrival, they did not change the bed linen for us, there was sand on the bed. Also, only one large pool and one children's pool (where children do not swim because they swim in the adult one). There are not enough pools and more thorough cleaning for this accommodation.

Nice hotel, very comfy & overall staff was very accommodating
Lovely resort, very quiet, room & bed very comfy. Slept like a baby! Elena was wonderful - very personable, friendly, really made my stay enjoyable. Marina (Spa) gave an excellent massage, so glad that I booked this because it was just what the body needed. The bartenders were great, unfortunately I don’t remember their names.

- • It was not that busy & you had to make reservations for dinner/lunch unless you did buffet. I was a solo traveler, walked into the beach restaurant to see if I could get seated for lunch and was told sorry reservations only. The restaurant was at half capacity. I understand that during the season it could get busy & reservations would be needed but there were plenty of empty seats. I walked by it about 30 minutes later & still many empty tables.
Poor buffet food, unavailable restaurant bookings, and a complete lack of entertainment
The hotel is in a good location close to the beach, and the beds were comfortable, which at least made sleeping and getting around easy

- • I really don’t feel this hotel deserves a five-star rating. Overall, we were very disappointed, especially with the food and lack of entertainment
We had a great family stay with our 18-month-old baby and are delighted. The hotel is perfectly suited for young children: everything is designed to make parents' daily life easier and ensure babies' comfort. On request, dishes could be specially prepared for our child, allowing us to eat together, a real plus! The room was spacious, very pleasant, with particularly comfortable bedding. Special mention to the staff, lovely and extremely baby-friendly. A big thank you to Leni, the first smile that welcomed us with such kindness, to Elpida for the perfect organization of our boat trip, and to all the restaurant staff, always attentive, caring, and thoughtful. We leave very satisfied and rested, and without hesitation recommend this hotel for a family stay focused on comfort and serenity.

- • The fire alarm went off twice during our stay but certainly due to tests for the hotel's reopening. Not all restaurants were open yet as it was the very beginning of the season but nothing bothersome for our stay.

Ideal for families with small children
Perfect for 2 adults and 2 children, the connecting 2 rooms are perfect. Sandy beach ideal for young children. Excellent service. We received a questionnaire about food allergies when checking in! There were sandbox equipment and inflatable items for the children.
