We had a great family stay with our 18-month-old baby and are delighted. The hotel is perfectly suited for young children: everything is designed to make parents' daily life easier and ensure babies' comfort. Upon request, dishes could be specially prepared for our child, allowing us to eat together, a real plus! The room was spacious, very pleasant, with particularly comfortable bedding. Special mention to the staff, lovely and extremely baby-friendly. A big thank you to Leni, the first smile that welcomed us with such kindness, to Elpida for the perfect organization of our boat trip, and to all the restaurant staff, always attentive, caring, and considerate. We leave very satisfied and rested, and highly recommend this hotel for a family stay focused on comfort and serenity.

- • The fire alarm went off twice during our stay but likely due to tests for the hotel's reopening. Not all restaurants were open yet as it was the beginning of the season, but it did not bother our stay.

Ideal for families with small children
The connecting 2 rooms are perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. Sandy beach ideal for young children. Excellent catering. We received a questionnaire about food allergies when checking in! There were sandbox equipment and inflatable toys for the children.

Nice beachfront location and genuinely friendly, helpful staff. We stayed off-season and it was already quite busy, so I would avoid this hotel in peak summer as it would likely be very hectic.

- • The buffet was disappointing. While the selection was large, the quality and taste were well below standard for the hot dishes. Drinks included in the all-inclusive package were very poor (wine and cocktails). We could only book an à la carte restaurant for one night during our stay. The Italian restaurant was fine, but it’s frustrating that dining à la carte daily is not possible given the buffet quality. The hotel grounds are also very bare and lack greenery, making the overall atmosphere rather bleak.

From the moment we stepped onto the candle-lit turtle-nest beach to the last breakfast served with Zakynthian honey and quiet smiles, every detail felt written just for us. Our sea-front suite became a private world: shutters open to sunrise over Marathonisi, turtles gliding like tiny gods beneath the pink sky. The rose-petal path to dinner, the sommelier who remembered we love Assyrtiko, the spa that wrapped us in warm olive oil after a day on the glassy bay—none of it was routine, all of it felt sincere. You protected the nesting sands while letting us feel their magic; you celebrated with us without ever intruding. We leave lighter, kinder, and forever grateful. I really liked the location of the room and its proximity to the sea, excellent food and its wide variety available, as well as the outstanding service provided by the hotel staff, perfectly maintained greenery and the hotel's surroundings. It was my fifth stay in that hotel.

- • The only downside of my room I noticed was a rather unstable bed and slightly musty mattress on the sofa. Additionally, some of the beach towels (available in large quantity) should already be replaced with new ones. Therefore, there are still some minor investments needed in the hotel. However, these are not reasons that would spoil the stay at this hotel.
