The quality of the divan and spacious rooms were nice but the air conditioning was insufficient and the price was high
It was a stay where we felt the quality of the divan in every aspect. The rooms were quite nice, spacious, and bright.

- • However, we had an issue with the air conditioning; although it was not broken, it was quite old, noisy, and inadequate in cooling the room. Also, I cannot say it is a value for money hotel, the price was a bit high considering the facilities it offers.
Excellent quality and service
The staff was very friendly, polite, and helpful. I especially thank Mr. Hakan from the reception. The size of the room was very good compared to a city hotel. The bathroom design and the products in the bathroom (shampoo, lotion, etc.) were wonderful. The pool and spa services were nice. The dressing rooms were very clean. I liked the curtained private sections in the hammam for those who want privacy. Overall, I was very satisfied with the hotel.

Offering warm hospitality, great comfort, a relaxing wellness area, and outstanding food.
Warm welcome at the reception. Comfortable, well-equipped room. A large co-ed but discreet Finnish sauna in the wellness area. And the breakfast was heavenly. The dinner is delicious and reasonably priced. The location is in a safe, affluent part of town.
