- • I had booked a room with a king size bed and got a room with two single beds. I didn’t get this refunded and had to accept it.

- • Slow check-in. The air conditioning did not work in the room. The wall-to-wall carpet was wet. There were no slippers or bathrobes in the room. Poor sound insulation in the room

- • Requested a quiet room, got a very noisy one, couldn't sleep. Got another room, mattresses were worn out, bugs were crawling out of the bedding! The shower gel was empty. And afterwards, I still had to pay for parking, even though I was told otherwise beforehand. I also had to wait 20 minutes in line because there seemed to be a staffing issue at the front desk.
Quiet rooms in close proximity to the cathedral and main train station
The location is unbeatable. Only 5 minutes on foot from the main train station. We were able to store our luggage because we couldn't check in in the morning. It's convenient to have a hotel bar and a shop for anything you might need at short notice. The staff was friendly.

- • I had stayed in a Marriott years ago and slept like on clouds. That's why I was looking forward to the super comfortable beds. The mattress was old and every movement could be felt by the bed partner. That was disappointing. Because I was traveling with my mother, I had specifically ordered a twin bed. Unfortunately, this category was overbooked and we got a regular double bed. Despite complaining, this could not be changed. I would like to mention positively that the lady at the reception at least offered us a second blanket.
