The location is very central, the design was generally very nice. Our every request was fulfilled with the supportive staff. Breakfast contents can be improved a bit.

A wonderful hotel. You are taking a journey through history. It has a magnificent view.

We stayed here for 4 nights and we love how it is close to so many restaurants, landmarks and even a nice park if you want to unwind after the long walk. The street made us feel safe and lots of people everywhere even around 1am so you can really do a lot of fun things!

I booked the Spa hotel but the spa was closed. The staff was friendly and helpful.

It all starts upon our arrival. We booked 2 triple rooms each equipped with a double bed and a single bed. Upon arrival, we were given 2 rooms: one of them had 3 single beds and the other only a double bed. We lodged a complaint: they had assumed that being 4, it would suit us. No solution possible as there were no available rooms. So we stayed with these rooms after an hour of discussion. TV only in Turkish. Need for air conditioning, no remote control which I had to go ask for at the reception - the one in one of the rooms was not working. Room 305: a water heater noise that starts every 10 seconds morning and evening, unbearable!! You can hear people talking. The bathroom was 3m2, the sink is a hand basin, impossible to wash even the face without splashing everywhere; black moldy joints. Breakfast not very varied but sufficient to start the day well (olives, feta, bread, butter, honey, eggs, cheese, ...). I will not return.

Breakfast was good. Room cleaning and towel service needs improvement.

Hello, The hotel is convenient due to the proximity to visit establishments (the old Istanbul). For the rest, there are improvements to be made especially in the bathroom.

There wasn't anything unique in the property. Rooms were really small, bathrooms very tiny. Breakfast had a lot of small items but my family did not like most of these items except the eggs, coffee, and drinks. Our air conditioning was not working and it was terrible to sleep in 28°C temperature. The air conditioner fan was only working but it was set on a 15-minute timer which the manager could not change, so we had a very disturbed sleep and had to wake up a few times to turn the fan on. I reported a few times about the AC and both morning and evening managers kept saying that they had called the service engineer and this would be fixed. The service engineer did not show up until day 3. He fixed the AC and we thought this would be nice but after half an hour, there was water dribbling from the AC. The manager had to call the service engineer back who fixed that issue as we left the hotel for shopping. When we came back in the evening, the air conditioner was not working again. When we reported this issue again, the morning manager became angry and said, what are we doing with the AC? Anyways, he called the service engineer again who fixed this on day 4 again. The only time the AC worked was the last night before we left. Also on the website, it was mentioned to do the housekeeping every 2 days but bed sheets and towels were not changed even with my repeated requests until day 4. I would not recommend anyone to go to this hotel. The management is rude and unhelpful and amenities poor.
