- • The room bathroom doors couldn't be locked. Outdated room carpets and furniture. The pool is loosing the tiles, especially the area next to the bar.
Overall a good stay.
Very clean, all three restaurants were very good. We loved Square One. Highly recommend. We had a suite and it was very well appointed with good amenities.

- • We had a fly in the room which was odd. There was very loud music coming in even at the higher floors. They might need to do some more soundproofing.
If you want the best hotel in Saigon, this is the one.
Amazing service, truly in the top 5 best service I’ve received for any hotel I’ve been at across the world, quite attentive but not too intrusive, just perfect. Room was also amazing and pretty, location is insanely central too.

The hotel's decor is fascinating, the service was great, the breakfast was amazing, the room was beautiful and the location of the hotel is right at the center of the city.

Good food, okay stay but not up to the hype
I find the Bun Bo Hue and Pho in the morning breakfast were very good as a local. However, the room was outdated and rundown. Attention to details needs improvement
