Simply Awesome
The Hospitality as always is very very good. My stay was for 12 nights and I am visiting Varanasi for a very special family function. A very Special thanks to Rikki , pem, Ravi who have taken out valuable time to make successful the most comfortable stay where Rikki made possible for me to host a dinner at Taj Nadesar. as well as the whole house keeping team, who always takes extra efforts to make our stay comfortable. . Thanks a lot.

- • No welcome drink at time of arrival , very less common space to sit and staff don't even bother to serve water or ask . Property don't have any kids section when we enquired about other activities staff mentioned that you can explore our property with golf cart that is the only activity they have. In summers i dnt think so ppl love to do that .

14 May was our 50th Marriage Anniversary We wanted the best experience Taj was natural choice Room was pretty good, House keeping was excellent under guidance from Thapa Ji Music and food at Varun was out of the world Each day breakfast was fantastic experience This was made more special by excellent team consisting of my favorite Chef Lakshya Ably supported by Divyadeep, Muskan, Deepak and Raunaq q

What I did not like section covers it all. It was a short trip and I did not want to spoil my mood

- • Staff responsiveness was pretty bad and the room had garbage from the previous occupant. Wi-Fi not consistently working. Attitude of front desk staff was so casual and bad - like doing a favour. Very non Taj behaviour I had asked to add my membership ID to the booking - they did not and still have not
