- • First contact at reception was curt, we were quickly dismissed. The remaining staff were friendly and took their time.
Location and accessibility to Canada Line to YVR airport, size of the room is good, helpful staff and there is a pool and hot tub (though pool/hot tub can be cleaned or maintained better).

- • The hotel is starting to look dated, the lights, carpet, and wallpaper. The wallpaper in my bathroom is starting to peel, the shampoo dispenser was getting stuck, and the bathtub faucet seems broken and difficult to turn on. No fridge, no complimentary continental breakfast, so for the price of $350 per night for standard two queen beds, I expected something better or more.

- • Run down and dirty. Rooms cold. Felt a bit unsafe as lots of public have access to hotel as it is on a transit line.
