Lovely staff, too bad the exteriors are not maintained

Nice place for the price, close to Saint Tropez

We were given a first room with a horrible sewer smell. The staff agreed to change our room. In the second room, there were many dead ants throughout the room, especially on the bathroom floor. The food is not very good. The parking became paid this year. However, the location is great. I will come back but not on a full board basis.

Disappointing

Noisy hotel. Poorly insulated front door. The sliding door had trouble closing. The outdoor maintenance person started working with his hedge trimmer at 7 am. Not easy to rest when on vacation.

Noisy room due to the close proximity to the bar terrace. A glass and a plastic bowl under the bed!?

Hello, 4-star hotel but who are they kidding? This hotel is horrible. 2 nights 389 euros, we left after the first night. I don't know who gives the stars but that person must be blind, unacceptable. The TV doesn't work in the room, they offer you to watch TV in another room instead of changing your room, incredible response. The curtains do not close the entire glass door, so awakened by daylight, the wallpaper peeling off the wall, empty tissue box. Noise from the external blower day and night. This is not a 4-star hotel but a 1-star, a disgrace, do not go to this hotel especially. I got robbed, it's incredible that hotels like this exist. See photos

Everything from trying to find the hotel to staying only one night out of two paid for was terrible. The service was awful and their wifi and AC did not work. The wifi was critical as I’m from the US and had to work evening Zoom calls and couldn’t. When presenting this to the front manager on the morning her solution was to work in their first floor restaurant; she also flat out said we were lying about the AC not working. What was ironic was that while we were speaking to the manager, a gentleman came up with the *exact* same two issues we had for the same reasons (he too had to work). We ended up leaving and staying at a Marriott in Cassis.

Beautiful hotel!

Very nice hotel a bit off-center from the city center and very close to Port-Grimaud. The complex in general is very pleasant with a very large pool, a golf course, basketball courts... The ground floor room overlooks a beautiful park. It is well equipped with a Nespresso machine, bathrobes, bath slippers... The breakfast is very rich and varied. It is a bit expensive, at 20€, but you can also have a snack for lunch. And even the word 'snack' is not appropriate since you can have a full meal. In general, the staff is very friendly, except for one person at the reception who was a bit less so. We recommend.
