The mattress bed sheet is a bit uncomfortable. Got some allergic reactions from it and went to the pharmacy, they told me it’s most likely the quality of the bedsheet. Other than that it’s good. The service is great and breakfast was good too especially the ham!

Old and not very clean structure. The rooms are old-fashioned with old furniture, shower with mold and not very clean, dusty shutters and uncomfortable beds. Breakfast room is old-fashioned with very few choices of products, 90% of which are packaged and not freshly made. Disappointing because from the photos that Expedia offers, it's a whole different thing. The tourist tax is not the one declared at the time of the contract with Expedia but has increased, they say, from July 1, 2025, 4€ to stay in a neighboring area of Palermo far from the center and without a car, you can't get anywhere. I'm really disappointed with Expedia because it should evaluate the structures better before advertising them

Good in general.
For its 3 star rating the hotel is really good. The breakfasts are really plain, the dinners vary every day. Honourable mention to the waiter Michele (for dinners) who always brings amazing energy to the guests.

It's a nice hotel near the harbor and the city center can be easily reached by public transportation or car. Staff is very helpful and friendly, spoke good English, as well. A buffet-style breakfast had a good variety of food, overall it is proportional to its price and star rating. Actually, its beach is a small cliff which is probably not suitable for swimming, however, it's beautiful. In summary, we had a really positive experience as a family with a 13-year-old boy. If in the area again, we definitely would stay here. 😊

Convenient for those who need to embark because it is located about 5 km from the port of Palermo, which is easily reached by following the coastal road; unfortunately, part of the area is degraded. Large free private parking. Comfortable and clean rooms. Large dining room. Excellent food. KIND staff, EXCELLENT dining staff. Good value for money. Recommended structure. 👍
