Pleasant.
Very friendly staff at the front desk. The breakfast buffet is excellent, with a wide selection. The option to go swimming is also a plus. The location across from the shopping center with various dining options is perfect.

- • A shower curtain can be annoying if you are taller. But the water pressure was strong, which was nice.
Welcoming and very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely room. Good dinner.
The breakfasts were excellent with plenty of choices for different meal preferences.

- • On the first morning, I had a cold shower!! Not a pleasant experience, but it was quickly fixed and adjusted to the right temperature by a very helpful maintenance person.
Comfortable, spacious room, with a variety of breakfast options.
Friendly staff at check-in, spacious rooms for the price, very comfortable beds, and a smart TV for watching Netflix/YouTube/catch-up TV. The breakfast had a wide variety typical of all Crown Plaza hotels, with plenty of choices for my two kids who have different breakfast preferences.

- • Had issues with the heating being stuck on a higher setting than normal, which was a hotel-wide problem mentioned before arrival and during check-in. It affected sleep due to the room being too hot. There was refurbishment going on, so some of the walkways to the breakfast room were narrow when passing people. However, it did not affect the service or food quality.
Close to the airport.
