- • Beach is not managed at all. Bad smell, dirty and some angry lifeguard shouting to others. Next to hotel there is another beach where it is clean and peaceful, many guests from hotel go there and pay extra.

I returned with pleasure for the second time to the resort and I felt even better than last year. It is a beautiful location with multiple facilities. Very good services, diverse food, friendly staff.

- • Mosquitoes. I think a way to combat them should be sought because they are everywhere, including the beach!
Great food and cleaning service
We recently stayed at Sol Nessebar Palace and it was a great choice. The food was amazing – honestly, the best we’ve ever had on a holiday, with plenty of variety every day. Special thanks to the lovely lady who cleaned room 140 between 28.07.2026 and 07.08.2026. She did a fantastic job and surprised us every day with creative towel figures! On August 5th, she even left us a handwritten note wishing us a safe trip because she was off the next day. Her kindness and positive energy made our stay unforgettable. She is a real treasure for this hotel, and we hope management rewards her hard work. Highly recommended! Lukasz, Iwona, Marysia from Poland
