Enjoyable stay with toddler
Visited as Hyatt discoverist with toddler. We got Complimentary snacks and drinks. I eat eggs but no meat, all egg dishes in breakfast were great. Geisha show was great. We were provided more than enough water bottles, taking care of toddler is dehydrating :)

Good spot nothing exceptional
We travelled during the peak Cherry Blossom Week - it was super crowded and chaotic from check-in to check out to breakfast queues. We expected crowds and it was per our expectation - did not find anything exceptional from service or restaurants but everything is convenient and they deliver what is promised nothing less but nothing more.

Delicious spot for an Italian bite
Delicious pasta; great ambiance! Enjoyed our time. Service was excellent and would definitely recommend this location for an enjoyable bite :)

Excellent day at Hyatt Regency
Very solid experience at the Hyatt Regency. Good location within a 15-minute walking distance of the main parts of Higashiyama, but at a far more reasonable price point than the Park Hyatt. Very helpful Concierge team and enjoyable breakfast every morning. The Italian restaurant has especially good Neapolitan pizza.

Great hotel with amazing breakfast
Really lovely hotel, better than expected and the breakfast was especially good. Would recommend to anyone visiting Kyoto.

I'm glad to have stayed there
This is a good hotel: well-located, attractive building, delightful staff, and offering good food. However, there are a few niggles: The lighting in the bedrooms is poor Storage facilities in the bedrooms are limited. There needs to be better organization of the breakfast operation - the staff must be exhausted by the time breakfast is over
